Application Fee and Enrolment Bond
A non-refundable fee of $55 is payable on application for enrolment. A refundable enrolment bond is then payable when an offer of a place at the school has been accepted. The enrolment bond represents a commitment by the School to providing a place for the student and a commitment by the family to taking up that place. The enrolment bond is refunded on completion of education at the School, provided monies owing have been paid, books returned, and appropriate notice of withdrawal given.

A student’s enrolment is deemed to be continuous for the span of education years provided by the School. A full school term’s notice in writing to the Principal is required if a student is to be withdrawn. If adequate notice is not given then a charge equal to a full term's fees will become payable.
Building Fund
The building fund offers an opportunity to parents and friends of the school community to contribute in a lasting way to the school environment, the future of William Cowper Campus, and the education of their sons. Although donations are voluntary, parents are encouraged to see these vital contributions as a positive and practical way of supporting the school community. All donations are tax deductible.
