General Information
The School year is divided into four terms. During the holidays prior to each term commencement, a statement will be forwarded for the total fees payable. Fees are due and payable in advance or before the end of the first week of term to which they relate.
A Direct Debit facility is available to enable payment of fees over the year. Payment may be weekly, fortnightly, monthly or per term. Direct debit instalments are processed on the Friday nominated.
Where particular circumstances arise that may prevent timely settlement, contact should be made with the Bursar’s Office, where it may be possible to make alternative arrangements.
Sibling Discount
A discount in fees applies where two or more members of the immediate family attend Calrossy Anglican School Primary - William Cowper Campus.
The current discounts for Primary children are:
Second student attending (Primary) – discount 25%
Third & subsequent students attending (Primary) – discount 50%
Building Fund
The building fund offers an opportunity to parents and friends of the school community to contribute in a lasting way to the school environment, the future of William Cowper Campus, and the education of their children. Although donations are voluntary, parents are encouraged to see these vital contributions as a positive and practical way of supporting the school community. The School trusts that all parents will contribute to this fund, and recommends the level of donations for 2008 be $75 per term.
All payments to the Building Fund are fully tax deductible.
Withdrawal of Student
A student's enrolment is deemed to be continuous for the span of education years provided by the School. A full school term's notice in writing to the Principal is required if a student is to be withdrawn. If adequate notice is not given then a charge equal to a full term's fees will become payable.
